Saint Joseph Parish Registration and Volunteer Forms

Catholic's who whould like to registar or volunteer at Saint Joseph Church or School can download an electronic form and select the areas of interest.

Before clicking on the form to download. You must have a copy of Adobe Reader on your computer. If you don't have an Adobe Reader you can get a free by clicking on the icon Adobe Reader. Follow the instructions and it will automatically install on your computer. Once the Adobe Reader is install, return to this page.

Continue by double clicking on the Down Load Volunteer Form or Down Load Registration Form below. A window appear while the form is being loaded to your computer. It will open automartically if Adobe is install on your computer.

Fill in the areas of interest by placing the curser over the box or open area and type your response. When complete store your Adobe document in a file location on the hard drive or a floppy. Remember the location latter for attaching to email. After completing the form you can return it to the parish office by one of the following methods:

1) Open an email link by clicking on: Saint Joseph and attach the document to the email. There is an icon in the mail tool bar, that looks like a paper clip symbol or some other icon that allows you to attach your stored document from the stored file directory location. If you do not receive a confirmation in 1-2 business days please call to confirm your email.

2) Print a hard copy and mail it to the church office address. Just select print in the tool bar at the top of the document and click on print.

3) Print a hard copy and drop it off at the office during normal hours or bring a floppy with the document.

A member of the church staff or group will then contact with you once they have reviewed your volunteer or registration form.
