Dear Parents and Guardians:

As a parent/guardian you are aware that all children are born with a natural love for learning, a delight in discovery, openness to life, and an awareness of themselves as being children of God. These gifts can easily be lost if not nurtured and encouraged. Nowhere are these gifts more recognized and supported in every child than in a Catholic school. A Catholic education goes beyond academics to include both the spiritual and intellectual development of every student. That is why Saint Joseph Catholic School is the right place for your child’s natural love of learning to be nurtured and their spiritual growth to be inspired, thus preparing them to live and fulfill their fullest potential. A Catholic education does and will make a difference in your child’s life.

The registration process will function differently for the 2012-2013 school year. The process will begin earlier and will hopefully be much easier. You are to be commended for continuing to provide, not only for your child’s well-being, but more importantly for your child’s spiritual well-being by selecting Saint Joseph Catholic School as your school of choice. Your sacrifice does not go unnoticed.

Current students will remain enrolled for the 2012-2013 school year and through graduation unless the school is notified otherwise. In our effort to simplify registration for current students, you may access the Financial Contract, Parish Affiliation Form, and Student Registration Form online. Sections A & G are the only sections to complete on the Student Registration Form as it contains new and critical information for our school database. All forms must be completed and returned to the school office no later than January 15, 2012. You may pay the $390.00 family registration fee when you register, however, it must be received no later than February 29, 2012. The fee may be paid by check or cash.

Students/families affiliated with a local Catholic parish are eligible to apply for financial assistance for the 2012-2013 school year. Please apply at www.tuitionaid.com by February 1, 2012. Your application for tuition assistance must be completed by this date in order to be eligible for the maximum funds allowed.
